I bought the negative with this one.

"Typical Cowboys". I'm having some trouble editing this page at this time . :::shrugs::: click on a photo for a larger image. This is probably going to look like scrambled eggs when I hit "save". Enjoy the cards. :) This guy knows JUST where he is going to be -- last week of July.

There is a book by Anna Lee Waldo, titled Prairie, which tells the story of a man named Charles Burton Irwin. A little of the story of rider of this horse, Jimmie Danks, is mentioned in that book. Jimmy Danks= Cowboy

The Elks Home

Cheyenne High School by itself and one with the Carnegie Library (1st in the US) in the background. Library opened in 1902 and was torn down in 1969. Better picture of the library below. (not immediately below, but Below)....I just LOVE the one with the High School alone.

The Convent. Calamity Jane had a daughter that lived here.

The Boyd Building

American philanthropist Andrew Carnegie offered $50,000 toward a new building in 1899. Three years later, the Laramie County Library opened May 19, 1902, on the southeast corner of 22nd Street and Capitol Ave, offering 10,000 square feet of space. This was the first of the Carnegie Libraries in the United States and was torn down in 1969.
